Stoppit and Tidyup
If you can remember as far back as the 80's, you might recall a hilarious cartoon called Stoppit and Tidyup! The cartoon, voiced by Terry Wogan, features many colourful little characters who live in the land of Do As You're Told, and follows the adventures of that nice purple fellow Tidyup, the mischievous little Stoppit, and all their friends; Go And Play, Eat Your Greens, Behave, Be Quiet and of course, the big, bad, I SAID NO!

So what's going on here?
I decided to make this group to see if anyone else remembers the cartoon, to encourage fans to share their art and basically to just have some fun - Simple as that!

Rules about joining

• To join, simply send a note to the club and ask. The title should be something like: "JOINING", or perhaps something even more imaginative if you feel so inclined!
  
  • Obviously you must be a fan of Stoppit and Tidyup, and if you are a Tyg or a Tog then that's a bonus!
    
    • It would be very much appreciated if you could provide a link to this page in your signature or journal. This can be done by typing : iconstoppitandtidyup : to make an icon link, or : devstoppitandtidyup : to make a text link, without the spaces.
      
      • Please add this group to your devwatch so that you can recieve updates on the fanart that's submitted and any competitions or news!
        
        Submitting
        
        • To submit a piece of fanart, please send a note to the club with the title "Fanart" and provide a link your deviation, along with the description you'd like posted. If you don't include a description then I'll just copy and paste from the one on the original image.
          
          • Links to the original piece and the artist will be provided in each upload so that the artists gets the most credit instead of the club taking all the glory!
            
            Once we've gathered a few members, I'll think about starting some competitions. Any ideas are welcome!
